New Residence
Vacant block in Jan Juc with uninterrupted views of Bass Strait, that needed to be considered in the design process.

Spaces to work in, spaces for growing children, spaces for the adults, and spaces to congregate.
Skene Street Newtown
Alterations and Additions
The brief for this existing Victorian Residence from the owner was “I want to create something a bit different, and have been told it can’t be done, can you help me” – We would love to help”
It had its challenges, like North Orientation to the street, Heritage Overlay, proposed living spaces to the South and neighbouring vegetation.
The result is a seamless transitioned extension on a well maintained Victorian Residence, through to a Provincial Style extension, with high ceilings, and mezzanine floor to also give that Warehouse feel.
Grey Street East Geelong
Alterations and Additions
Small terraced style “Australian Bungalow”, in the heart of East Geelong was ready to explode with a growing young family.
In need of a second living space, an easier working kitchen that allowed flow through to the rear yard.
A tasteful renovation and extension to the rear of the existing dwelling was created, where the owners can enjoy the highly sought after East Geelong area
Aberdeen Street Newtown
Alterations and Additions
An existing weatherboard clad Edwardian was tired and needed some life in a vibrant Newtown location.
Working closely with the new owners, a modern contemporary extension was developed that caters for a growing family.
A simple transition from its bygone era to current lifestyle amenities, bringing outside inside ready to entertain family and friends.
Oakhill Avenue Highton
New Residence
The clients were excited about purchasing a block that had sweeping views over Geelong and further views to the local coastlines.
With their excitement in mind, and the topography of the site, we set out to design a unique 4 level home that could be enjoyed by the whole family.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living and a home office area.
The outcome is a striking home that has little impact on the immediate environment, whilst still taking in the sweeping views that the family fell in love with and is much admired by those passing.
